Recruitment and headhunting of generalist profiles for different clients in multiple sectors. I was responsible for the full cycle recruiting process: - From July, 2017 to May, 2018: specialization in the International Market (mainly Portugal, Spain, France, Germany and The Netherlands): - From May, 2018 to December, 2019: RPO, In-House Recruitment consultant for The Linde Group (Iberia); - From January 2020 to March 2020: RPO, In-House IT Recruitment Consultant for Softonic.

- Coordination of the selection processes of general profiles for Portugal and Spain (interface between the recruitment team, Managers and stakeholders); - Benchmark and strategy (definition of targets and market approaches for recruitment); - Maintenance of several databases in Excel; - Recruitment training to managers; - Elaboration of Job Offers, Admission Forms and Documentation, Job Descriptions, etc.
